We respect your right to control your personal data. Submit a request below and we'll delete your Anei Spices account within 30 days(usually within 7 days), in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What will be deleted

✓ Your account profile (name, email, phone)
✓ Saved shipping & billing addresses
✓ Wishlist and saved items
✓ Cart contents
✓ Active subscriptions (cancelled automatically)
✓ Push-notification tokens (FCM)
✓ Reviews you've posted (or anonymized at your request)
✓ Loyalty points balance

What is retained (legal requirement)

Indian tax law requires us to keep certain records for 8 years:

• Order invoices & payment receipts — kept for 8 years (GST & income tax compliance)
• Refund records — kept for 8 years
• Anonymized analytics — counted in aggregate statistics, no personal identifiers

These records are stored securely, not linked to your name/email, and used only for legal compliance.
