Anei Spices is a Kerala-based business selling authentic Indian spices online. We are FSSAI-licensed (Lic. No. 10020043001234) and registered under applicable Indian commerce laws.

4. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.
- Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly in color or appearance due to natural variation.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information without notice.
- Stock is subject to availability; we will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
5. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay; we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and selected wallets.
- We may cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund) — for example, if there is suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issue.

- We ship across India via Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Risk and title in goods pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
For full details please see our Refund Policy. In short:
- Food products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once delivered intact.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong-product deliveries are replaced free of charge if reported within 48 hours.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, mirror, or copy content for commercial use without permission
- Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users
