We ship across India from our Kerala warehouse. Here's everything you need to know about how your spices reach you.
1. Where We Ship
- We currently ship to all states and union territories within India.
- International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
2. Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: ₹49 flat shipping charge
- For remote/Northeast locations, an additional ₹30–₹50 may apply (shown at checkout)
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time (from order confirmation):
- Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka: 2–4 business days
- Major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Other states: 4–7 business days
- Northeast & remote pin codes: 7–10 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order in real-time from your Account dashboard.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Packaging
All spices are vacuum-sealed in food-grade pouches and packed in eco-friendly cartons to ensure freshness and prevent damage. We use minimal plastic and recyclable materials wherever possible.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time:
- Check the tracking link for the latest status
- If status hasn't updated for 3+ days, contact us at hello@aneispices.com or call +91 98765 43210
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7 business days
If your package is lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the courier and issue a free replacement or full refund
8. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, we will contact you to either reship (extra shipping charges apply) or refund (after deducting actual shipping costs).
9. COD (Cash on Delivery)
We currently offer COD on orders up to ₹3,000 in select pin codes. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 applies. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your pin code.
