Anei Cardamom Seeds are pure black seeds extracted from premium green cardamom pods — the husk is removed by hand to give you the most concentrated form of cardamom flavor. Husked seeds lose aroma faster than whole pods (the husk acts as natural protection). Store in an airtight glass jar in a cool dark place. Refrigerate or freeze for maximum freshness. Best used within 4 months of opening for peak aroma. Always seal tightly after each use.
Manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed facility (Lic. No. 10020043001234). Every batch undergoes laboratory testing for moisture, purity, microbial load, and pesticide residue. Husking is done by hand in hygienic, food-safe conditions — no machine processing that could contaminate or break seeds.
Idukki — at the heart of Kerala's Western Ghats — is the cardamom capital of India. Our seeds come from premium 7mm+ pods sourced from family-owned plantations. After the pods are harvested and dried, they go to our women-led cooperative in Munnar where the seeds are extracted by hand — a skill passed down through generations. It takes ~3kg of whole pods to make 1kg of pure seeds, which is why this product carries a premium price tag while paying fair wages to the artisans who husk them.
