Lemongrass Essential Oil — 30ml

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) essential oil is steam-distilled from the lemongrass herb that grows wild across Kerala. Bright, fresh, citrusy aroma. Famous as a natural mosquito and insect repellent — also mood-lifting, antibacterial, and great for muscle pain.

🌬️ AROMATHERAPY DIFFUSER — Add 3–5 drops to a water diffuser. Fills room with therapeutic aroma for 1–2 hours. 💆 MASSAGE OIL — Always dilute with a carrier oil (almond, grapeseed). Mix 5–10 drops per 10ml carrier oil. Never apply pure essential oil directly to skin. 🛁 BATH SOAK — Add 8–10 drops to a warm bath, mixed with 1 tbsp carrier oil or full-fat milk first (oils don't mix with water alone). 🍃 STEAM INHALATION — Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water. Cover head with towel, inhale steam for 5–10 minutes. Great for colds. ✨ SKIN APPLICATION — Always patch test first. Dilute to 1–3% concentration in carrier oil for facial use, up to 5% for body. 🧴 ROOM SPRAY — Mix 20 drops with 100ml water + 1 tsp witch hazel in a spray bottle.
